A Good Day

The year is ending and I've had a good next to last working day of 2008. It started with a bridal luncheon (all new customers) and ended with two new afternoon tea takers. Got all my fees paid so I'm in business for another year! I also got four reservations for Tea Tasting on Monday! I'm celebrating National Hot Tea Month with professional Tea Tastings and free tea sampling. Tea is so relaxing.....I'm enjoying a cup of white tea as I blog. Off I go to ..................zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Habits

Why can't I make it a habit to do things I really want to do like regularly post a blog but I do have a bad habit of staying up too late? Sounds a bit Pauline, I guess. And, then there is the problem of having an interesting subject to write about (as if anyone else is going to read it)! The topics of discussion could be any of a very wide variety of choices: Elijah's first birthday party, staying up trying to get Melea to finish her report, the mystery birthday party that had surprise mysteries, the Christmas program script that is developing, football games, baby shower tea parties, books to write, business to do, recipes to try, or who knows what else. I do have a habit of over-extending myself! I have a habit of being a master at being a Jack of all trades.....Wish I could execute the 7 habits of a highly successful person, but I don't know what they are. Guess that's a great book to read, like I have time to read a book. But I do have about five books about life coaching I want to read. Life coaching really intriques me. Oops, I also have a bad habit of not staying on the subject. It all boils down to the fact that I don't have a habit of being bored!!! I have a habit of enjoying life!

another electronic sleep stealer

Why am I up after midnight posting a blog? Because I just joined twitter and there's a place to put my blog address. Well, I realized that although I have a blog space, I haven't posted anything lately. So, now I have!

To Market To Market

Market...America's Mart in Atlanta, that is. It is overwhelming!!! However, since I've been coming to market for about five years, I'm not quite so enamored by everything. The last couple of markets I've been on a quest for a specific product. Last time it was a private labeled product and I found an awesome hand and body lotion that looks, feels, and smells amazing. This time I was on a quest to find a "green way" shopping bag. I've found it....from Tokyobay. A great bag that is made from recycled plastic bottles! They look great and best of all they fold up into a little pocket. That makes them more likely to be tucked in a purse and end up at the store!
